Soy sauce + sesame oil
for dipping
Cooking oil
Instructions
Mix ½ cup flour, ½ cup water, ¼ cup chopped kimchi, and 2 green onions.
Heat oil in pan.
Pour batter and spread thin.
Cook 2–3 mins each side until crisp.
Notes
