Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup chopped kimchi
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Soy sauce + sesame oil for dipping
  • Cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix ½ cup flour, ½ cup water, ¼ cup chopped kimchi, and 2 green onions.
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Pour batter and spread thin.
  • Cook 2–3 mins each side until crisp.

Notes

Cut into triangles and serve with dipping sauce.
