This dish channels bibimbap vibes but requires none of the effort. It’s a Korean-American fusion breakfast that feels hearty and indulgent.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cooked rice microwaved or leftover
  • cup spinach
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce + ½ tsp sesame oil + 1 tbsp sesame seed
  • Seaweed snacks crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Heat ½ cup cooked rice + ⅓ cup spinach in the microwave for 1 min.
  • Fry 1 egg to your liking.
  • Top rice with egg, 1 grated carrot, and crumbled seaweed snacks.
  • Drizzle with 1 tbsp soy sauce + ½ tsp sesame oil + 1 tbsp sesame seed.

Notes

Use microwaveable rice cups for speed.
