- 1 lb gnocchi or 8 oz rice noodles
- 3 tbsp gochujang or substitute
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 cups water or broth
- 2 cups cabbage sliced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 cup fish cakes optional
- 1 boiled egg per serving optional
Boil gnocchi or rice noodles, drain, and set aside.
In a pan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and water. Simmer 5 mins.
Add gnocchi/noodles, cabbage, and fish cakes. Cook 5–7 mins until sauce thickens.
Garnish with green onions and boiled egg. Serve hot.
