Ingredients
  

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 100 ml double cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
  • In the same pot, heat the double cream and minced garlic over medium heat.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

Notes
