Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bisquick Mix pre-mixed blend
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • a pinch Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Prepare the Batter:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 egg. Mix until smooth.

Add Vegetables and Cheese:

  • Fold in the chopped green onions and shredded cheese into the batter. Mix until well combined.

Heat the Pan:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Cook the Pancake:

  • Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes.

Serve:

  • Cut the pancake into wedges and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
