sourdough bread
toasted

ripe avocado

kimchi
chopped

fried egg
optional
Sesame seeds + drizzle of sriracha (or gochugaru)
Instructions
Toast a slice of sourdough.
Mash ½ avocado with a pinc.h of salt.
Spread it over the toast.
Top with 2 tbsp chopped kimchi.
Add a fried egg (optional).
Garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of sriracha or chili oil
