can tuna
drained

chopped kimchi

shredded mozzarella

sriracha
Instructions
Mix ½ can tuna, 2 tbsp chopped kimchi, ¼ cup shredded mozzarella, 1 tsp sriracha.
Spread on half a tortilla, fold.
Pan-fry both sides 2–3 mins until golden.
Notes
Slice into wedges and enjoy with Greek yogurt dip.
