Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add the chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, and spices.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve with rice or naan bread.
